My problem is not the clit, I have had broken skin from penetration multiple times. Normally it is a case of increased friction, something too big being inserted (penis or toy) without enough warm up, or fingernails accidentally scratching. The fingernails is the worst one I have had, internally or externally. The internal scratches drive me crazy as they heal as it becomes itchy as I heal, at least with external I could put something on it (it was nipples) to help with the itching.

I broke skin when I didn't use enough lube, but it was a prior injury from a guy being a dumbass.
