I'll swear by the Njoy Fun Wand. It doesn't vibrate, but it has never failed me, and it's perfectly shaped. Since the Pure Wand has the same shape (although I haven't acquired/tried one yet) I'd guess it'd give similar results.

My favorites are the Ella (great beginner G-spotting dildo) and the Tantus G-Spot, although it took me a while to work up to its size. I've heard a lot of great things about the Pure Wand, but since I like to use a vibrator with my dildos, I'm not sure how that would work with Stainless Steel.
