I rarely have any interest in anything other than straight buzz, but during a straight buzz I move the vibe around a lot and often move it away for a moment, so I guess it's as if I create my own custom pattern each time.
Do you like vibration patterns?

Hell, I am the same, nothing feels as intense as constant vibrations for me...!
Sometimes I just wish they made versions of my favorite vibes with a constant buzz for a cheaper price, because I pretty much never use any other functions, so I don't need that kind of fanciness... ^^

I personally love patterns for built up/teasing and to extend my play session. I've not been able to climax with a pattern though, and end up needing to go to "straight buzz" on the highest setting to finish the job.

I alternate between using patterns and straight buzzes. While a straight buzz is generally the best (especially to finish off with), patterns can be great to make things more interesting or to use in self-teasing.

I don't really enjoy patterns in my vibrators. I like just a straight vibration and constant. Either on low, medium, high, or higher and higher. Patterns don't get me off, consistency does.
