I've always liked the i rub my duckie toys and now I want the penguin. I had the caterpillar one for 3 or 4 years. I like ones that look like toy toys not just sex toys.
Do you like toys shaped like animals?

Most of the time...just no... lol... I dont like my toys having faces! It creeps me out, but every once in a while I will find a toy I like, and buy it cause its cute and use it and love it...*shrugs*

I wouldn't refuse, but I do think the concept is a little bit creepy and infantilizing...

Shaped like an animal, ok, shaped like an animal's bits? Not ok.

As long as it hits the right spots, it makes no bearing on me what it looks like.

some are kind of cute, others go way too far into animal fetishes

oohlookasquirell I don't understand it either. I do not want my vibrator to look like a PEZ dispenser or like a child's toy.
In fact I think I would even be more bothered by it if I had children in the house, I really would not want them to find it and be running around with my Hello Kitty vibrator no matter how well I washed it.
I don't have kids and am still totally turned off by the cutesy stuff.
For those that like it, go for it LOL just not for me.

Generally speaking I'm not a fan of animal-shaped toys, with the one exception being the Snake of Paradise. I totally want that gorgeous snake. But cutesy animals? Not so much. I do own Fun Factory's Baby Bug and love it, but I got it as a gift and its cute face would have probably kept it off my list if I'd been doing the shopping myself.

I understand that the origin of such toys began to get around laws that banned the production of things that looked like real body parts, and I suppose I can see the appeal of having a sex toy that doesn't look like a big fat cock on your bedside stand, but with so many sex toys of this style, are they really fooling anyone anymore?
I'm not talking about dildos shaped like tentacles or a horse cock, because it's clear that some people are turned on by those shapes and I don't see a problem with it, even if it's not my thing. I'm talking about the toys that don't seem to be intended to arouse with their shape but rather to have an appealing "cute factor". It seems to me like they're implying that ladies might want to use cute fuzzy animals for their sexual pleasure because ladies like cute fuzzy animals, and maybe I'm thinking too much into this, but I find that kind of disturbing. I don't buy toys with animals on them because I can't get over the "using a cute animal for my sexual pleasure" hangup, but I admit that I'm probably overthinking this. A lot of women must be enjoying these toys if there are so many of them out there. So, does anybody have a favorite animal-shaped toy? Can you help me get over my bias against cute animal toys? Or are these toy makers as misguided as I think they are? I'd love to hear your thoughts. less

I don't think it would really bother me that much, but I just prefer to have something sleeker looking, which I even prefer over cock-shaped toys. Cute animals do seem a bit odd though (with the exception of I rub my duckie maybe).

i think they're cute and fun. if it does the job AND looks cute, all the better. the mouse vibrator was one of my first and it was RAWSOME.

I like some animal toys, but it depends on the animal and the toy
