I've never gotten a broken toy from EF, I know if you contacted EF they will take care of it for you! they have amazing service so i'd say give them a call.

I always wonder. Does it have to be broken to return it? Can you just decide that it's not what you wanted and send it back for refund or exchange or whatever?

I'm thinking about contacting EF about one of the toys I got recently. It pretty much fell apart on me, but I don't know if I want to go through the hassle of reshipping it, especially since my toy usage here in this full house is a secret. I would get interrogated about having to ship something out.

I haven't gotten anything broken from EF, but I trust they'd make things right if I did.
I did get a broken toy from Babeland before I discovered EF, and although they replaced it, it became a huge hassle, because FedEx lost the replacement. The tracking kept saying "your package has experienced an event" in a location far away from both myself and the company. They eventually had to send a third.
A third party Amazon seller once pulled a bait and switch, and sent me a cheap pocket rocket when I ordered a silicone rabbit. That never did get resolved. So I recommend caution if you think you're getting a deal there. If an amazon seller cheats you on a dvd player or a textbook, Amazon has your back, but if it's a vibe, you're on your own, because those items "cannot be returned" and so you're out of luck.

Once I thought a toy I got was defective...however, it was just cheap and the batteries needed to be moved around very specifically. For the most part, Eden does such a great job. I'm beyond impressed with their work!

Yes I received a free vibe with my order and it was defective. Customer service was great and replaced it with another toy. The toy they replaced it with was different because the original was out of stock and the asked me before they sent if it would be okay. Ef is good in the customer service department in my expedience so far.
