I've never gotten one stuck or lost before, but then again... I've always bought ones with tails so it wouldn't happen.

Lost or Hard to Retrieve

I never use one of them

You can't lose anything in the vagina, so if you keep that in mind, it should help prevent the panic that makes them more difficult to retrieve.

For those having trouble removing things stuck in the vagina, I'd recommend the shower or bathtub.
Sitting on the toilet could potentially lead to an awkward clog in the case of an accident. A bathtub or shower has the added bonus of relaxing you which may loosen up any panic tensed muscles that may be preventing the object from coming loose.

I recently got these Crystal Premium Glass Eggs as my FIRST every kegel item. I tried one out today an it slide in easily but I never felt it move when I was doing kegels, I went to remove it an it did NOT want to come out!!! I haven't had any kids but prefer to keep my girly bits tightened and do kegels without any type of balls but wanted to try them out. Needless to say I thought "OMG ER Trip" when they didn't want to come out. I had to sit on the potty and push as hard as I could to get the ONE egg to come out.
Have you had this happen? less

I have them. I get paranoid about them getting stuck but they never have!

mine are sometime hard to get out but I always manage

I have glass balls with no retrieval cord and I've never had a problem getting them out. I just squat down, straigten my back, and either they fall out or I can reach in and get them. I'm used to reaching deep into my vaginal canal, though, because I have an IUD and I check the position of the string at least monthly.

I only have balls with cord - simply because they were the smallest size I found

It's not like your ass - they won't disappear very far into your insides.
I agree with the people who think the barbells are better workouts than balls or eggs.

I use kegal balls with a retrieval cord now. I have used one without a cord, and it was really difficult to get out. When trying to retrieve it, I think it feels more natural to try to remove it in a "come hither" motion with your finger tip "petting" in the direction of your belly. This seems to get the ball caught on the pubic bone, so next time try reversing your hand so your finger is "petting" towards your back. It was MUCH easier for me.

I use kegel exercisers every day. I wear them for about 8 hours, whether they're Luna Beads, Smartballs, or benwa balls. The benwa balls always go up a little too high and they're a pain in the ass to get out. I've had to have my S/O get them out... more than once. They're gonna be difficult if they're lightweight. I'd definitely recommend a set with a retrieval cord.

Sometimes they are a bit harder to get out, but I've never worried about them getting stuck. Worst case scenario, you can always push your pelvic floor down (the opposite of how you keep the balls in) to get them out.

I got one stuck once. I stuck my finger in, almost scratched myself and scooped them out. Very scary since I have long fingernails.
