hey, i have the emigi but i havne't tried it out..my sister wanted to first but hasn't yet, so one or the other of us will very soon and we'll have a review up. The emigi is adorable, for me, having no kids and having always done a bit of either conscious or unconscious kegel exercizes, I don't think the emigi will slip out. They're (I say 'they' b/c there's two balls in the emigi) small, and a good weight in the hand, but I've had homemade ben wa balls that were smaller that didn't fall out. I dont know, I'd try out your ben wa balls around the house maybe and see what you think about the potential for slippage with those. I'll post a link when i post a review of the emigi (hopefully soon!)

This is my first kegel exerciser and im not sure how to use it. If i place it higher up in the vagina it will stay there untill it take it out, but I dont feel it.... If i place it lower i feel it really well, but it pops right out! How am i supposed to use this? I've searched the internet and cant find any info on how high or low in the vagina this should be placed. Please HELP!!!!

I'm really at a loss though b/c I've never used a vaginal exerciser before - only done kegels w/o the aid of any product. I do own a pair of traditional Ben-Wa balls but they're sooooo friggin small that I'm terrified to try them. Am I being paranoid? Should I get these as I'd originally planned or do y'all think the comments about slippage & difficulty keeping them in are enough of a concern to keep looking? Does anyone else have the Teneo Unos mentioned a couple times &, if so, what are your opinions of them? Any vaginal exercisers not mentioned in this thread that any of y'all would recommend? Thank you in advance for your help! I will be purchasing some sort of vaginal exerciser @ the very beginning of May (once I get paid, lol), so I really appreciate the input.

I'm wondering whether I've developed too much lubricant OR maybe my uterus is way too tilted OR the elongated shape slips out easier than the Uno's rounded shape? Seems like nobody else except us two have this slippage problem.

Push the weight gently into your vagina with only the cord remaining on the outside. If the weight pushes down onto your finger, you are probably using your abdominal muscles instead of your pelvic floor muscles.
Tighten your pelvic floor muscles (they may naturally tighten slightly around the weight) If you are using the correct muscles you may notice the weight pull away from your fingers as it is drawn into the vagina.
If you are not already standing, stand up. If you can retain the lightest weight while walking around for 2 minutes then move to the next higher weight. Continue increasing weights until you find that you can not retain the weight you are using for 2 minutes while walking around. Use the weight that is one weight lighter than the one you can not retain for 2 minutes. That will be your starting point. If you can not hold the lightest weight for 2 minutes while walking, this will still have to be your starting weight. Once your starting weight is established, you should aim to increase the time you are able to keep the weight in place. Try to reach the maximum of 15 minutes two times a day. Once you can retain your weight for that amount of time move on to the next heavier weight.<<

The last time I've used the Emigi, I was able to keep it in for 30 minutes before it started slipping. It stayed in place perfectly when I'm at a standing position, but it started to slip when I knelt down to retrieve clothes from my dryer. Guess I can't blame the Emigi for that, when all my muscles are bearing down when I'm in the kneeling position.
