In my experience, most of the sleeves are simply too short. As such, the tip comes out the end and doesn't get stimulated. Being someone who likes but the squeezing action of the sides, and the glans being stimulated, I haven't found the perfect one yet. Then again, as an oral sex aid they work great - she can play with the tip while the rest of the shaft is being squeezed.

So far I only have 5. 1 inflatable sex machine, 2 vibes. My old dildo that I first bought, a broken egg vibe, and some other things that I ordered that weren't functional. 5 that worked originally, a nipple clamp that I tried and defective toys.
