I've always had bad reactions to lubricants and then once I heard Jenna Jameson on an interview say, "try saliva, don't waste your money on lubes". First thought, 'that's gross', but once we tried it, we never went back to lubes! Safe and easy clean up! I'm sure to some it seems unsanitary, but if you enjoy oral it's no different...
