In my personal opinion, I think it's fine if you're hanging out at home, but unless you have small breasts, it doesn't look very nice in public.

I think if a woman has smaller breast, it's not a big deal to wear a bra. But for bigger breast, I would wear a bra in public all the time. Two reasons: I think it is bad on the back and helps prevent sagging. Secondly, it is just TMI, just my opinion of course. I am not in the habit of checking if a woman is wearing a bra. I have to wear a bra. I feel naked without one.

Women with small breasts don't look bad wihtout bras but if you have boob age, it looks better kept up. I have to have my bra on now that I've gained a little weight and they are bigger.

It's up to the person. I don't because mine are really large and people would comment and stare. When I was 10 years old and wearing crop tops under shirts to put off wearing a bra for as long as possible, I got teased a lot. I would never tease someone about it. I find bras terribly uncomfortable and never wear them at home.

I read that wearing a bra constantly makes the small muscles in your breast atrophy due to lack of use which causes sagging. Ever since then I have be bra free at 38DDD, I have no shame. I do always make sure I have a cami or tank under my shirt.
I was driving by a gas station the other day, and a guy filling his tires was wearing shagging jeans with light blue boxers... I could see his shit stains from 3 lanes of traffic away! That offends me way more then the lack of a brazier in public.

I wear a bra when I'm out in public, but at home I take it off. Bras tend to dig into the area that my pancreas pain originates from, and it is sensitive to the touch quite often.
