Would you tell your adult children about this site?

I don't see why not, just be careful about the approach. Best of luck.

I'd keep it to yourself, unless she asks. It's not really appropriate to offer unsolicited advice, especially sexual advice. If she asks, though, offer matter-of-fact information without judgement (which it sounds like you already do, yay!).

I think it's a good idea. It depends on the relationship between the parent/adult child, but it can probably work out well in many cases!

Awkward.

I was raised in a very open family. My mom and I discuss this site and toys too. I have not told her my screen name, not that she would really learn anything new if she did know it. I have purchased toys for her, and have acted as her personal shopper, based on her wants and needs.

We are also open with our son. He knows it is healthy for his parents to have an active sex life. When he becomes an adult, if he asks, I have no issue sharing this site with him.

My adult daughter introduced me to this site because her friend was shopping from here...and I have no problems with the fact that she is on here too.

You would never have to tell your daughter your handle - simply tell her about this site and give her a gift card with a few suggestions of lubes you like (maybe mentioning you found it in her room) and let it go at that.

I don't have any children, let alone adult children, but if I did and they asked, I'd tell them.

Yeah if the subject came up I'd tell them about Eden. I wouldn't deny anyone the pleasure of Eden!

I know this is sort of different but I told my mom about this site. If I had children and if the child was over 18 sure I would tell them.

It's appropriate, as part of sex education.

Hahah. I just joined recently but I'm very open with my parents. They raised me pretty strictly and censored and sex-negative but are getting better as I get older. If they would have been the ones to tell me about Eden I would still have checked it out for sure!

I'm not sure I would tell them about it, though. I suppose if the topic comes up I might share some knowledge. But I am considering telling my friends, I'm trying to get more comfortable with sex talk after my upbringing.

I've told my mom and older sister about EF. We're all really open and I figure I might as well pass on awesome information and resources. As long as we don't look for each other in other posts and don't share screen names we'll never know anyways. I say go for it.

I think it'd be totally normal to talk about it! My mom and I do, and it just makes our relationship not as awkward - being open about this, I mean.

Depending on the specifics of your relationship, I say tell her! Better to have her using things that are safe and effective than some cheap junk, eh?
