For now I have got the top stuff I wanted. I have had several people gift me something from my wishlist and appreciate it.

The 'Jopen Vanity Vr10– g-spot and clitoral vibrator', i actually just added it because I realized I hadn't added/looked at anything new in a while. No one has ever bought me anything because no one in my life knows about the list-there isn't anyone that it would be appropriate to tell (single), so it's more of a 'save to buy' list for myself. someday I hope to fill it up and have friends and a partner to tell so I could get gifts I really want on Bdays & holidays! I didn't know about the mailing address part-I just looked up at that-wow, maybe there are a few people I'd tell now. Awesome!!!

Gold spiral wrapped baton is number 1 on my wish list. However, it's kind of costy being like $200, so it will be there for quite a while. Hoping to get it next time points are doubled. Or just save up a lot of points and get it for myself for Christams. And No, no one has ever sent be a surprise though my wishlist.

when you make your wishlist public, you then have to select the shipping address. It does remain private. to quote eden:

Your name and shipping address will stay private. Only your screen name and shipping state will be released to a gift giver.

anybody know if when the recipient receives the gift, if they know who sent it to them? (i know you can include a gift message)
