Realistic all the way for me. As a naturally bi--but happily married--guy, dildos are the only "penis" I get, so I prefer as realistic as possible. Cyberskin and Vixskin are good enough to pretend it's an actual part of my wife, which is AMAZING.

I prefer non-realistic. For one thing, they often come in such fun and whimsical colours! For another... Every time I've been in the vicinity of an actual penis (aside from my own), I've been kind of disgusted by it. Weird, right?

That being said, there are a few gems that I've enjoyed greatly in spite of their more realistic look. (I'm talking about you, Tantus O2 Adam and Mark... And probably Mikey if I ever buy one. And Max. Gah.)
