All of the above for me. I don't buy toys with unsafe materials, and I know what shapes work for me. I'm not a huge fan of flesh tones, so that factors in too.

Material and give are my main concern. I do look into length and girth but as long as it isn't freakishly large I figure I'll find some use for it if I like everything else about it.
