It is difficult for me to go hands free it I don't have enough lubrication, but the toy I have works very well for hands free. I have a Dream Massager G and it's just long enough for me to go hands free. I have tried a lot of different positions, and I am more turned on when I don't have my hands on it(but rather on some other part of my sensitive body). I usually have a sheet or pillow i can press myself up against and slide back and forth. I, too, have tried using my feet but found it was difficult and uncomfortable.
