I would say go ahead and try. Buy something with a small price. You can find a material and size that you think is right for you. For my first one I bought a Mood Naughty Small Plug. I absolutely love it, and its very cute and perfect for me, for only $15.

I'd say to go for it. They aren't very expensive and you don't lose anything for trying, you know?

I bought a plug before I had even tried anal. I knew that if I didn't use it, then my partner would though. It has gotten a bit of use anyway and I am not sad that I bought it. It's even more justifiable if using points to knock down the price of it. This was my first. I had read reviews about how comfortable it was and how it's beginner friendly in size as well.

if you're thinking about it, it probably won't be a terrible idea.

Plugs are great but I would lead up to it slowly as well as anal penetration from your S.O. You need to learn the relaxation techniques first so it will be painless. If you are experiencing pain then you are not doing it right and the pleasure of anal sex will be lost. stretching yourself out with a finger or two before using a plug is also helpful. Then a plug. Also use the plug more often than just times you have sex. it will help to keep the sphincter looser but not open so when it is time for anal you will be ready.

Of course--- worse case scenario you end up not liking and using it.

Anal play can definitely add sensation to sex, they're fun! If you enjoyed the anal sex you had once, definitely explore it more, get a cheap plug to try it out, if you like the sensation, get something nicer! Maybe try the Silicone Anal Kit since it comes with 3 different shapes, they're small and simple
