I like to set the wedge on top of the highest point of the ramp and turn it so the high side becomes a cube instead of a really big ramp, then I can completely relax over it. Or on my back, use the wedge under my neck (to resist me sliding back down the ramp) with my rump all the way to the edge of the ramp, that way the legs can either fall open or wrap around his neck. All this takes place on a hard surface like the floor. Hope that makes sense. less
