I know what you mean! I've had trouble myself, but I'm sure that Eden would be very reasonable about the return of items that didn't work out for you!

Thanks for the new info!! I will look forward to hearing more about the buy-out discounts. I am pretty excited about the new changes--it sounds like it will work out much better for everyone this way.

Oh yes, you can return items even if you buy them on a discount.

You can return the lingerie whether it was a free or buyout assignment. If you ordered the biggest size and it was too small you would just send it back and they would cancel the assignment. If it was a buyout they cancel and refund you. If it was an item you bought a size you were suppose to be able to fit but it was a smaller size an they have bigger sizes you can return to get the bigger size. If not the assignment is cancelled I went through this a few months back.

This makes sense to me as well, especially since the buy-out discounts are being increased. What a person will like in lingerie is extremely dependent on their body type and the type of lingerie. Of course, someone can still write a positive, objective review of a given piece of lingerie based on its quality and design, even if it doesn't work well for them personally, but it's less likely they'll rate it highly if it isn't the right style for them. I think the fact that some items received for free review are given away or thrown out is an argument in favor of going to a buy-out only system.

Well shoot, I hadn't realized that our price range isn't applicable for buy-outs! Woohoo! POP, my understanding is that the buy-out discount is only off of the regular price, not off any sale prices--can you tell me if this is correct, or point me to the right info?

Yes, buy-outs are good for 30% off the full, regular price rather than 30% plus sales or other discounts. Whether that will change or not I've no idea but wouldn't count on it.

Okay, that's what I had thought. Once all the changes are in place, I'll verify by reading the new policy info, but I don't think that is likely to change either.

Just as well. I just checked all the lingerie on site and it's pretty well depleted. Like everything is discontinued or out of stock. Will we be getting anymore lingerie to even worry about this issue?

This is what I've been wondering, too.

Eden did just add some pieces by Coquette not too long ago, but just about everything seems to be out of stock and stay out of stock for weeks on end. I've been wanting to place a large lingerie order for well over a month now, but there's barely enough lingerie in stock for me to find one piece that appeals to me. That's not to say that EF doesn't have lingerie on their site that appeals to me -- I have a wishlist that's 6 pages long... but EVERY item on my list is out of stock and has been for ages (yet they aren't marked as discontinued).
