I like to see either, it doesn't effect how i rank the review, a good review is a good review regardless of if they post pics or a video, but I personally like to see the product next to other things or in someones hand.. to get a realistic sizing of it in my head.

I find both to be super helpful!

Both are helpful but neither are required if the review is well written

Either works for me. I've learned features of items from pics and videos that I simply would've missed otherwise.

Anything visual is usually really helpful. But for both, especially in lingerie, I think it's important to see how it looks on rather than just taking pictures/videos of the lingerie lying down as it is -- that usually doesn't show much unless you are focusing on talking about the material.

Pictures for me. I never get to watch the videos because when I have the time my son is usually around and wants to watch too. Since that would be bad, I just don't watch them. Pictures are quiet and don't attract his attention.

Personally, I much prefer pictures. My internet is too slow to load the videos, and I am too impatient to wait on them. I hardly ever even try to run the videos.

Same for me too. I like a video review and pictures. Just depends. Sometimes I don't watch videos because my internet is surfing too much. I hate that.

I really like both. Videos are awesome because the reviewer's feelings about the product are easy to see. I also like *reading* reviews, too. I don't know if every video review has a companion text review, but I frequently go hunting to see if I can find one after watching a video. It would be awesome if EF could somehow link them, to make it easier to find. Pictures and videos are both great for showing comparisons with other products and objects. I always appreciate that.

I like having both!

atleast pics so can see exactly how it actually looks when you get it ... videos are even better

I find both helpful, I really like pictures and videos are an added bonus.

I find them both helpful.

I don't generally watch videos, I'm too impatient. I want to get straight to the info without having to wait for the reviewer to slowly talk through it all. Pictures are instant. There have only been a few, more complicated, products that I watched videos to learn about, like The Eroscillator
05/31/2012
I find each one very helpful. The pics show you the size ect. and the videos show how to use the piece.

It all depends.
A picture of a product on it's own really doesn't help me all that much, nor does countless pictures of a products packaging. An advert video or a video of the product in use doesn't help me either.
This being said, videos talking about the toy, the pro's and con's, comparing various toys together, or providing some tricks in how to use the toy are the videos I enjoy watching. And the same thing goes for pictures. And because this is what I enjoy, I try to make my reviews in this manner.

Both is best.

I like both.

I think many do -- at least if you want to get paid for making a video. You can see if there are related pages links under the video. Perhaps the uploader linked the video with the text review. In any case, text reviews with videos are linked together on this site. EF does link the video with the product though.

Thanks! I didn't know people got paid for their videos! That's cool! I'll have to look more closely to find the companion text reviews. I haven't had a lot of luck, I would guess maybe a 65% rate of success finding them.

Both are helpful.

I really need to see pictures in a review but sometimes videos are helpful to see how a toy moves or how flexible it is.
