Trouble with Titles

I wrote a title that was witty and a play on words for one of my reviews, but I found that my title contradicted a little bit of what I was saying in my review...

I do find that making an interesting title a bit difficult.

The title is the easiest part for me - many times, the title will pop in my mind before I begin writing the review and I'll then use it as the "theme" for what I write.

my titles are often cheesy. they have to be sometimes, to be eye-catching. they're the first thing people see of your review and they need to be clever, witty, and engrossing.

don't be afraid to make goofy plays on words, such as 'the bumble bee vibrator buzzed its way to my heart'
or 'GRRR! the tigerprint dress brings out the animal in me!'
or even to be really dirty 'Johnny- Enormous Dildo, aka Cum Machine'
you know, have fun with them!
the titles dont really even need to make complete sense, or be a cohesive introduction to the core idea of your review, although it's even better if they do. for me, however, they're mostly for grabbing attention. hope that helps!

Same here! I never know what to say in the summary - I've already said everything I could think of in the review. LOL I usually ask my man for help on the titles. He comes up with clever ones sometimes, or at least a good base for me to work off of.

I usually just use the name of the prodct..
But on any other written form of paper it takes me FOREVER to figure it out .

Most of the time it's easy for me, but every once in awhile I'm like, dang..*scratches head*

It depends on the item, but it's usually not too bad.

I try not to spend much time on the title. I just end up over thinking it. It usually comes to me pretty easily once I'm near finished writing my review.

I've only done 3 reviews and I haven't had a problem with the title however I sometimes have a problem with making them long enough. Writers block ya know.

Titles can be super hard for me sometimes, though a lot of the time I have noticed that I have taken various references from pop culture to use as titles for my review. Such as for the Eden Wipes my title was Wipe Wipe Baby or my review of the Naughty Ruler was Hit Me Baby One More Time. Oh I know one of them I also made a Speed Racer reference as well.
