How are these for potential new rules?
- You can't nominate yourself.
- You can nominate up to 3 reviews.
- You may only win one Rumble a month.
- No review can be in the Rumble more than once.
- The first review nominated from a contributor will be the one that makes it into the next Rumble, so please spread out the nominating love.

The only one I don't care for is only winning a Rumble once a month. My impression is that the Rumble is supposed to honor the best reviews, not spread the honor around so everyone can share. If someone happens to write excellent reviews every week, they should be recognized as such. Personally it probably won't affect me since I'm lucky if I can average a review per month. The other issue is that it will take more effort to track each winner for a month.
Any thought to reducing the number of noms to 2? We seem to be having a lot more lately to the point of being too many.
