If she thinks she might have sex, then it doesn't hurt to be extra safe. However, if she has no intention of having sex, I don't see the need.

Absolutely!!! Always important to be prepared - women have to suffer the "consequences" of unintended pregnancy, so should definitely be in charge of the choice!

Condom's aren't gender based, condoms are based on preventing disease and babies. So yeah I believe girls should carry them too if they're intending to go out and "Do it"

i would say that's a personal choice, so no, not ALL women should carry condoms. not all women even want sex, let alone sex that involves penises.

if you're looking for that sort of thing, tho, sure, it's not a bad idea to keep some on you! you can't expect everyone to be as prepared as you'd like.

I carry them if it even SEEMS like there might be a chance, because I trust myself more than someone else. No matter how well you know a person, they could always forget, so I don't chance it.

Better to be safe than sorry. Never know one of your friends might need one in a pinch too. Think of the alternative. Those little packages don't take up much space in your bags or glove compartment.

Yes. It's you being responsible. Sometimes dates getting hotter and funner then anticipated and I have never understood why it always falls to the guy to have a condom ready should it be needed. You will find people who tell you yes, and people who tell you no. I have a Just in Case compact mirror that discretely holds 2 or so condoms depending on the type under a "secret" door.

I think she should absolutely if she's sexually active, planning to be, or out with friends who will be later. That said, it is ABSOLUTELY not on her to be the only one carrying. Her partner, no matter the gender should also be carrying. It's only responsible.
