Yep, a girlfriend of mine and myself had a bit too much to drink and lost control in the back of a Durango while our friends were driving. Those vehicles have a lot of "play" room. Discretely means separately! So you would be having discreet sex with your lover discretely from the other people in the room, or car.
Common mistake As it happens, I have done so but generally we weren't trying to hide what we were doing we just weren't interested (or more commonly I wasn't interested) in involving the other people in the room or car.
