A strong, successful, dominant female lawyer is a hot fantasy, but then again I've had plenty of sexy female doctor fantasies too.

I'd say Doctor by a margin, and only because I'm weird and an evil mad scientist type doctor is what I'm envisioning. I usually have extremely specific fantasies that arent nearly as vague as just a profession title.
