I see it as the same as a women going to a male gyno. It is another person doing a professional job nothing more. Now if the women are flirtatiousness then it would be a different situation. If the women are overly flirtatious then I would be uncomfortable because there is a lone between professorially and skanky.

It would be silly to be jealous. I wouldn't even care if I didn't know. I don't get why you would need to even tell someone. I don't need to tell everyone I date, "by the way, I'm going to the gynecologist tomorrow. I just wanted to let you know so that you know someone else is seeing my vagina tomorrow." That would be silly, and in this situation it would be too.
