Every once in a while I will get that feeling that I just need space. I have been in my current relationship for over 3 years, and my partner understands now that if I ask for space (i.e. a couple hours apart or a weekend with the parentals), he understands. I finally realized it was overflow from a stressful job in which I was expected to be on call for 24/7. Since then things get better with turning of the cellphone and e-mails after 6:00 and on weekends!

nah.....im not one to get trapped

When I'm with someone for days straight, I get to feeling that way. But in general I don't usually feel trapped in the relationship.
