Every once in a while we mess around in the shower but it's really only 3-4 days a month, it's not a big deal if we don't have sex.

yes, but have to throw a towel down. Unfortunately too much off a height difference to do it in the shower.

It makes my cramps worse

My birth control makes it so I only get a few a year, but when I do it seems that's when he wants sex the most. Shower play is always fun.

Pretty much only anal. I hate a mess.

We don't usually, unless it's the very tail end. It's actually painful and uncomfortable for me, I must be more sensitive at that time, and if it's not painful or uncomfortable I can't feel much from all the "stuff" going on down there. It also seems to increase my cramps rather than take them away - combine that with being grumpy, bloated and exhausted, not interested! Luckily hubby isn't so much either so we're both happy to hold off.
