this is quite true. they have come out with smaller masks that dont cover your entire face. my grandfather had sleep apnea and wore his mask at night faithfully. he had an older model of the masks but he woke up well rested and not so tired. there is testing involved to see how often you stop breathing while asleep but usually takes no longer than one overnight stay at the hospital or where ever your doctor does their testing. it can become quite serious if not treated. not to scare him more but it probably would help BOTH of you out if he speaks to a doctor. he would wake up more rested and probably not fall asleep quite so often while the two of you are playing. hope he thinks about it and you guys can get back to normal.

We tend to have sex for a long time, and usually he only falls asleep late at night, never in the morning. I also think it has something to do with when he's been drinking.
A lot of the time when I happens I will wake him up. He's got a job to finish!
It's by no means the norm, but it happens more than I would like. He does warn me. The other night, he wanted to give me a back rub, because I had a headache. I KNEW he was really tired, and I know he gets randy when he gives me a massage. I said, "You can massage me if you behave yourself." He didn't behave himself, and conked out. He missed my big finish.... three times. He usually wakes up when I come when this happens, because I am NOT quiet.
This happens in cycles. He has sleep apnea and doesn't sleep well and when the apnea is bad, he tends to fall asleep while watching TV, while sitting on the deck, and once in a while during sex. Unfortunately, he was with me at the pharmacy once and saw the C-Pap head gear and now he won't go to the doctor about the apnea. *sigh* I swear, it's like dealing with a child, but I can't force him to go to the doctor. less
