She tends to sleep more overall, though I sleep more steadily
Who Sleeps More?

I certainly sleept he most regularly - both my partners have very irregular sleep schedules. It's hard for em to calculate how much sleep they actually get. I need my sleep, though, because I am the most morning person-ish of the three of us and want to be able to wake up and start the day at a predictable time.

My boyfriend sleeps 10-11 hours a night, definitely a lot more than me.

I sleep way more than my partner.

Me, but it's because I take naps

I have diagnosed hyposomnia... so I'm definitely the winner there!

He sleeps more. I mainly take short cat naps throughout the day.

I sleep more, he gets up at 2:30 to go to work and I sleep until about 5 or 6.

My partner sleeps a lot more than I do, and it's actually a source of frustration at times. I mean, I don't want to have him sleep deprived, but when he sleeps half of the day away, it's a little sad for me.

I love sleeping. It is one of my favorite things to do. I am tired a lot when I don't get my sleep and I can also get cranky when I'm tired. I combat this by sleeping. I sleep an average of 9 hours a night. Plus I like taking naps.

My Man made a comment about it the other day in a joking matter, saying he's never met a girl who sleeps as much as me. At first I was offended, but he didn't mean it that way. He thinks it is funny and a cute little quirk of mine. He likes to be there when I'm sleeping because he thinks I'm adorable and peaceful. All that jazz. He can function on very little sleep. Usually he will come into bed with me until I fall asleep, then go do some things on his own and then come to bed. What is your sleep pattern with your partner? Who sleeps more, you or your partner? less

I've noticed that as I've gotten older I cannot sleep late like I could as a younger man. My partner and I have been together five years now and she would pretty much say the same thing. We sleep about the same length of time as each other... no wait a minute. She takes an afternoon nap every day and I don't. So total time, she sleeps more than I do.

I sleep more, always have but then again I work full time 40 + hours a week, while he's retired and doesn't need as much rest.

It seems that we both love to sleep as long as possible. If I have no reason to get up we'll both sleep about 12 hours. Unfortunately we haven't been able to do that in quite a while.

i sleep..he only sleeps more if he drank the night before, which is a rare occurance...lol

I definitely have fewer "less than 8 hour nights" compared to my boyfriend. I actually read somewhere that a study found that women need more sleep than men typically. Interesting, huh?

I sleep way more!

He sleeps more; he likes to sleep in and I often wake up at 9am.

My wife usually sleeps all weekend if she can.

He sleeps WAY more. It causes problems sometimes since we're long distance for the time being...
