Thank goodness I have my expensive vibes with me but he got rid of everything else!! All of my BDSM gear...GONE!!! No more paddles...no more crops...handcuffs...ga gs...all gone!!! It makes me sooo mad because I worked so hard for all of it and now all that work was pretty much useless. But anyway...just wanted to vent.

I'm sorry that's happened for you. That just seems vindictive on his part, probably part of the reason you're glad to be separated. All that work probably does feel useless right now, but welcome to EF, the rewards system is great and over time you can build your collection back up. And this time make it even better!

I'm so sorry this happened to you. My husband keeps teasing me that he's going to throw all mine away, but he'd never do it. He's afraid the kids will get into it, but I told him once they're old enough to know what they are I will get locked boxes. Oh and if you don't get back together and go through divorce court I'd tell my lawyer he threw out X amount of $ worth of my stuff before I had a chance to get it all out. Make him pay you for it.

I'm so sorry for your loss. That would be a very very dangerous thing to do to me. Revenge would certainly be in order.

He might have been doing you a favor. Even if you were ok with keeping some of the items, a future partner might not be as open minded about using anything that you previously used with your ex, even if they are completely sanitized.

That is definitely not cool, but unfortunately many people go through this in a divorce. My ex tossed all my books and many of the items I had from baby to teenager out when I left him years ago.....At least you can get your items back with EF--check the EF classifieds as well, many good and new items there really cheap!!

WOW. What an punk move to make - that is NOT COOL. I am sorry to hear. We do get attached to the toys and such from here (even if you said you don't use them) because we work hard to get them, look forward to them in the mail, anxiously await them and then are thrilled when they are finally ours! Each one is a big deal.

Thank goodness EF is so great, I am sure you'll be getting more stuff in no time. In the meantime, good luck girl, not an easy process. Thinking of you!

I agree that is so messed up. Definitely print out all of your orders from EF and take them to the Lawyer. You want replacement value of all of it!!! Don't let the shit head get away with it. You know if you threw his hunting gear or whatever he collects he would want to get the money back too!!

Sounds like a good thing that you aren't together anymore. Think of it, like some people have suggested, as an "out with the old, in with the new," kind of thing. Try not to stay too angry for too long--that's exactly what he wants, after all.

This isn't a bad idea. You might be able to make him pay for it. Don't do anything to his stuff though.

Damn sorry to hear it hun! I just heard from a friend of mine that when she left her ex he took and smashed all her toys and dumped them in the bottom of a garbage can with all her other stuff. Some people can be so mean and vindictive when they're hurt.

Geez, that's very vindictive! I was going to mention something similar to unfulfilled and TravelNurse. Total up how much that gear was worth (will be easy for the stuff that's from Eden) and tell the lawyers that he threw all that stuff out and you want restitution.

It shouldn't shock me, but it still does shock me when "adults" act like such children!

Are you sure he threw them out and isn't just keeping them for himself? Either way...what a scumbag...glad you upgraded!

That is ridiculous I would be so pissed especially if a lot of them were new and unused. Like others have stated I would take all my receipts to court with me an tell the judge that your ex tossed your belongings totaling in the amount of $___.___ Whatever it equals out to. I am not shy so I would proudly prance in the courtroom with my dildo list with things that were missing. I think it is petty that he did that, he knew that was away to get to you. Then again like it was mentioned he may have kept them for himself. You really never know but I would take a total amount to court an try to get it where he had to pay you for all of it. Whether you got it all free or not he had no right tossing it or keeping it from you. When I left my husband I kept my stuff, I normally got everything for myself anyways. Good luck and I hope you can earn points and get more new stuff.

This is pretty much what would happen to my ex or current partner if they tossed my collection.
