I would be weirded out....only because I look nothing like his mom though...
Would you get mad or offended if your boyfriend told you that you looked like his mom?

That would gross me out.

Creeped out maybe.

ewwwww I do not want to be told I remind him of his mother nor do I want to hear I look like her!!

My ex-husband WANTED me to look like his mom! (Turned out he had an Oedipal Complex.)
Otherwise, I don't see how it can retain any sort of fire after such an association.

Offended? No. Demand an explanation? Well, yes. I guess it depends on why. For instance, my husband noticed the other day I was wearing a similar shade of red toenail polish that his mom likes. That doesn't particularly bother me.

Depends on what his mother looked like.

Additional: after spending Christmas with my family, my boyfriend says that my mother reminds him of his grandmother (looks and temperament) ... fortunately, this has not deterred either of us in our relationship.

Although I think he's relieved that I've had my tubes tied.

Wouldn't if his mom was good looking

There could be the fact I'm trans, but to be honest lots of cis guys look like someone's mother. So I don't really care.

In general no, but in the case of my husband's drug addict mother (who used to be a beautiful woman) yes I would. Of course any guy that says that I would wonder if he has an Oedipal complex.

Not really, I mean if she was overly unattractive or I disliked the woman I might be. But I feel like many men find themselves with women who share similar traits/characteristics with their mother. It would probably be awkward if he kept bringing it up though..

I'd be a little creeped out to be honest.

Yes

I wouldn't be offended, but I'd definitely be a bit creeped out.

I'd find it a little awkward.

I think I'd be offended that he spent time comparing me to his mother.

Yes! That thought most likely crossed his mind in the bedroom and his mom is in her 50s...seriously!

That would make it weird. then i would feel like he was attracted to his mom

I haven't met my husband's mother, so I have no idea what she even looks like to begin with.

In... in like a sexual way or context (like during the act or during flirting) HELL TO THE NO. In repeated instances? NOPE. Casually once or twice, sweetly in a complimentary tone? More than fine, very nice in fact.
Context is everything.
