I got a flu shot a few weeks ago and so far I'm quite healthy. Though I have a feeling that all the many people in my college classes coughing, sneezing, and sniffling will get me sick eventually.

Which one did you get -- the trivalent (3 strains) or the quadivalent (4 strains) vaccine? The pharmacist who gave me my flu shot said this year's trivalent vaccine is 66% effective in preventing the flu, so hopefully the vaccine has the correct strains protecting you against what's circulating at your campus.

Not sure actually, they just kinda gave it to me and I just kinda took it. I'm okay atm, so I'm guessing: it either worked, I never would have caught anything anyway, orrrr I just jinxed myself and now I'm gonna get the flu/polio/death-itis. It's a mysteryyyy~ If I die bury me with my vibrators.

my son has brought something home twice now since school started and boy is it wiping me out! Both kids sick, hubs feeling "not 100%" and me completely exhausted. This winter seems like it will be the worst since he started school.
