My dad paid for half of my massage school and let me live at home while I went so I didn't have to spend money on rent. I paid the rest of it by working as a waitress.

Now I'm in a physical therapy assistant program at a community college and I am paying that by doing massage part time and a little bit of it is covered with a scholarship. Though I don't get to live with my dad this time around to help save money.

I would like to go on to be a physical therapist, but I don't know if I will be able to have the money or dedication to go through that much school.

Myself (mostly), my parents, and a scholarship. It took me almost ten years to finish paying off the loans.

I got a shit load of scholarships because in high school I had a 4.1 GPA with a lottttt of volunteer work. I worked my ass off for them. I also got help from FAFSA. Through FAFSA I got a small loan but mostly grants because of my grades and because I am a ward of the court. (my mother gave me up and my grandparents didn't adopt me, only got guardianship)

I paid for my first semester, then earned a tuition scholarship. I also paid for most of my own living expenses - but my parents were there whenever I needed help. It was definitely a team effort.

I had Florida Pre-paid that my parents did, state scholarships, and then the last year (extra school after I graduated) I took out a loan for.

I paid for my books and supplies for the credits I do have. A bogg paid for the class fee's. I haven't finished, couldn't afford it and I relocated. However, I plan to apply for financial aid and go back. I'm 34 and really, really, want a career.

State scholarships, school scholarships, working near full time, and my parents set up a college fund for me, so I got a two hundred dollar stipend from it every month.

I had a lot of scholarships but my parents/grandparents helped pay for undergraduate school and I paid (went into debt) for graduate school.

I am finishing up my bachelor degree tonight with my finals. Scholarships, financial aid (grants) and government aid paid for all but one summer quarter that my mom paid for. I got VERY lucky and haven't had to pay anything myself and have nothing to pay back.

Paid for school myself except for a small grant. I took loans and am paying them back slowly but surely now

When I was young, my great grandfather decided that instead of giving birthday/christmas/wha tever gifts, he'd just open accounts for all of the great grandchildren and put a little money in each. So, for every birthday or gift-giving holiday, he'd deposit a bit of money into each account, so we each had a little bit of money set aside for college. Once that money ran out, I paid for my own schooling.
