Which dieting technique do you find more helpful.

honestly i find it so much more invidual.

i find eating carbs helps me stay at a low weight because a meal with carbs fills me up. if i try to eat more 'diet' foods i am hungry all day and therefore eat all day.,

I've lost weight counting calories, but there is not substitute for exercise.

Dieting is about lifestyle changes. It is about exercising and finding a balance of calories. It is not about cutting and removing, otherwise the weight is just going to come back.

Lots of vegetables is a good tip. They are high in nutrients and fibre and minerals, but low in calories. So Stir Fry is a great food to make.

Do not think about cutting things, or counting things. Simply think about living a healthy lifestyle.
