All of my vents and frustrations stem from my immediate family somehow, so I always go to my best friend... I also tend to use the internet to vent... either through my journal on a weight loss site I'm signed up to or my private blog.

It depends on what I'm venting on. If it's personal life stuff, I talk to my girlfriend or roommies. If it's work related stuff, I try to analyze what I'm feeling and why I'm feeling that way and try to make positive adjustments. Honestly, I don't really vent about work stuff that much at all. It's usually because I didn't get the whole story or it's a point farmer/plagiarizer I have to clean up after.

I confide in my husband.. If its something that he wouldn't understand such as female issues or something, then I usually talk to my mom. If its something deeper than that, I pray.

I usually vent to my partner or one of my best friends. I usually also give them a heads-up at the beginning that I just need to vent.

I usually vent to my husband, sometimes to a close friend. If it's a friend, I usually warn them that I just need to vent about something and ask if they mind if I vent with them.
Every once in a while, not very often, really, I'll just explode and then anyone who is near may have to duck shrapnel.
