I'm sorry to hear you have pain problems like that! Not knowing what to expect of the next day, as far as pain levels, is psychologically draining & definitely has a lot to do with feeling old.

Also every time someone wouldn't card me when I bought cigarettes I always thought "do I look as old and tired out as I feel today?" lmao. I probably did look tired and pissed off and they were just giving me a break like damn give this gurl some nicotine, she looks like she needs it today.

I felt old as a child. I've always felt old. Now I feel ancient. I wonder if the trend will reverse and I'll start feeling young soon.

Sometimes... But only when I wake up the next day after working out heavily the day before and am a little stiff. Then I just hear everything pop, crackle and moan and I think if this is what it is like to feel old.... Can I return to sender????

I'm kind of enjoying getting older in years it is fun to see the differences that happen to my body.
