What's your relationship with exercise?

I try to work out everyday, but sometimes I just can't get up the motivation. I prefer working out with a partner for motivation. I love me some high intensity interval training, 50 seconds of each move is about all I can do without wanting to give up.

Jillian Michaels was a butt-kicker, too.

I walk to the post office every day of the week, which is about a 20 to 30 minute jaunt (depending on if I'm alone or with my cousin's three year old who walks slower). I've done actual exercises and lifted weights a couple times a week, but I never stick with it for long because I haven't found anything I like doing yet.

Ugh I know i need to work out more seriously but i hate working out x_x I usually swim during the summer and work outside on the lawn/garden, not to mention I eat pretty healthy so it's not so much a battle for me. I just would like muscles XD that I'm much too unmotivated to truly work at =o= need to get my ass in gear about it but I've got other things to take care of as well so most of the time I end up side-tracked then unmotivated and it never happens.

Definitely workout every day, once briefly in the morning to get the blood flowing then once in the afternoon more intensely to actually build or work off a meal.

In order to workout it has to be everyday. If I dont work out one day I wont do it for weeks or months.

I work out maybe 4-5 times per week. Any more and I would get addicted or ill from it.

I work out five to six times a week. On my down days, I still walk if I need to go anywhere and do chores.
