Let's see...it was around 7 that my sister and I looked at my mother owlishly and asked "What's Jesus?" and found ourselves in a Presbyterian Sunday School the next week.
It was around 12 we were placed in a Lutheran private school and it was 13 I transferred out due to extreme bullying...
Around that time, my mother, sister and I were getting into Sylvia Brown and decided that Jesus wasn't a messiah, but an enlightened man with a message (that has been severely bastardized since then) and have been Spiritualists since then.
It's nice not to have a middle man in my "religion."

I know my parents took me to Church. But nothing came out of it. I did go to a Catholic high school. But still nothing came out of it too.

My mom is protestant and my dad is catholic. I wasn't raised with any certain beliefs, just to be a good person. I am agnostic.

I had to answer other. I was raised and remain Baptist, but NOT fundamentalist. Not all Baptists are fundamentalist. That is a huge error that most people jump to since the fundamentalists are the loudest.

I'm still Christian and remain Baptist because I believe in what's called "Believer's Baptism," which is being baptized when you are old enough to understand what you are doing and make the choice for yourself. The rest of my views sort of go non-denominational. When I attend a church, it is not necessarily Baptist.

My mother's side of the family is Jewish and she raised me and my brother as such. I still go to services on Saturdays with her pretty often. I may take and leave things, but I still consider myself Jewish.

When I was little, my aunt used to take me to church with her and my cousins. When I stopped going with them, I went with one of my neighbours.

The church I went with family to.. I really don't remember much happening in the "Sunday School" stuff, other than the teacher getting angry with me all the time. I always took things very literally. I was also five, so I was very inquisitive. When we were told the Adam and Eve story, I asked every question I could because none of it made sense. The teacher got so irritated with me and told me, "It just -is-!" I still didn't get it.

The church I went to with the neighbour, I never caught onto the church thing then, either. But their church was massive and each Sunday School class was divided into grades, like at school. I went because they would make us memorise some scripture or whatever, then we'd get a candy or a toy. I liked memorising things. And I liked candy and toys. I never learnt anything, though. I just... recited words.

Anything I have learnt about religion has only happened in the past few years. (I seriously had no idea what Christmas had to do with religion until I was nineteen.) I still really don't know much about religion. I really don't want to know much. It's not my thing. I have my own standards and my own beliefs in life. I will follow that. I don't need religion.
