I'm very restless. I always like doing something. Tennis, basketball, weighs,racquetball, jogging, biking, table tennis and walking. Eden time and eating is about the only time I sit down now days.

I like dancing and fast walking with these little jogging weights I bought. I don't really "exercise" at a set time anymore, but I do speed walk my way to class. I go fast enough that it's pretty much working out anyway so I'm still losing weight n such. Tiz quite fun.

I do a mixture of weights, belly dance, kick boxing and swimming. I'm actually in a study right now to see the effects of increasing time exercising on blood sugar.

I like yoga and pilates. I just bought a reformer for my house. I always thought pilates was unobtainable for me, but it turns out it is great for someone like me who has bad knees. It is great to find something I like that doesn't aggrivate my knees or back!
