I like to walk for fun and so that is what I do most. However, what I see results from is stretching and weights.

I like walking, I do a lot of it, and just wandering down a nature trail for a few hours is fun. I also sometimes just do some reps with my arms for like 40 minutes.

As far as gym workouts I like the stationary, row machine and weights the least all of my sports were more cardio than strength

I LOVE taking dance-based classes for exercise. Right now I go to one called WERQ through my school and it's really fun. Lots of butt shaking and such, but a great workout.
