Local places...that would make sense I suppose.
Offering flavors that can't be found in grocery stores and nationwide chains would give such businesses a leg up on the typical grocery store as far as ice cream sales go.

There are way too many good ones. Phish Food and Half Baked will always be the best though

They make a "half baked" that's a mix of chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate fudge brownie... Yuuummmmmmm!!!!!
