When I visit New York, I'm going to Pomme Frites to try it Belgian-style, although I probably won't do straight-mayo - maybe one of their mayo-combos.

Growing up we called them disco fries (yellow cheese and gravy)
I also love the Canadian style called Poutine (gravy with cheese curds)

Ketchup's really the only thing I dip my fries in. I once did mashed potatoes, but since it's just potato-on-potato (action) it didn't have much of an effect.

Most of the time, just whatever salt is on them.

I usually mix pepper into my ketchup and dip my fries in that, though sometimes I have the inclination to mix mustard and ketchup together just for the heck of it.

However, I recently ordered a fry basket from a food truck at my school, and they put chopped up grilled vegetables (zucchini, squash, bell pepper, and onion) on top of the fries and served it with a fork. It was absolutely delicious! (I'm getting the midnight munchies just thinking about it!)
