Pretty much the whole list. I don't have any contact info in case of emergency. I should change that.

I have a teeny wallet, so I don't have that much room -- DL, credit card, small card with info, some cash.

I never thought to carry emergency contact info because when I leave the house I always have my wallet, cell phone, and keys, my phone has contacts in it.

It's good that your phone has info in it, but it needs to be easily accessible to police or emergency responders. How do they know whom in your list they should spend precious seconds trying to call? If you have an entry at the top of your contacts list for emergency info, that helps.

But what if your cell is smashed in a car accident or otherwise damaged, as they so easily can be? It's best to also have info in your wallet, either right in front when you open it, or right behind your driver's license or ID. They need a contact phone numbers to call FAST so they don't waste time searching for info. Sometimes they just want to give your loved ones the chance to help make the appropriate medical decisions, or to say goodbye.
