Same way, strange pains, numbness in the legs and arms. Getting old sucks asss, just do it with grace and beauty and funk everyone else!

maybe you sprained your toe or fractured it. or have a pinched nerve. Ive had a pinched nerve before it sucks.

I'm quite young and I get weird cramps all the time. One time after a concert where I danced a lot my leg and foot cramped up in three separate places so I couldn't even stretch it out!
