Furthermore, they seem to expect me to pay them almost $60 in "brokerage fees". That's over half ... more
Hey, give us a call or send a ticket regarding the brokerage fees. We'll accept them on our account, we just need to link up info.

I like UPS better than USPS because they're often a lot better around where I live. My mailman would just drop packages in front of my apartment that was set up like a motel and not even knock. I knew I had gotten a package because I heard a rustle at the door. He would always leave them and never knock. Sure, this was nice because I didn't actually have to answer the door, but with the area like that, my stuff could have easily been stolen, as it was in a busy area. There were also times he "forgot" my package was on the truck and I had to go catch up with him when he did the next building. There have also been quite a few times that packages have been 'missent' and their tracking info is a joke.

UPS is always on time. I get packages the same day they've been scheduled for every time I order them. The only issue is that, for some reason, next day air doesn't arrive till 6pm, while standard ground would usually show up before noon. If I get it delivered to work, the driver makes sure to get the packages there just after we open. They never just leave packages unless I ask them to, and they've never had a problem accepting my notes when I do ask them to leave things.

Fedex and DHL are stupid and I refuse to use them after the "we can't find your house" when I lived in a neighborhood, and the "Sure, we'll hold these packages at the office for you. Oh, no, wait, we delivered one of them today but you were coming to pick up this one, but you weren't home, so just wait till tomorrow."

YES, the UPS truck showed up the next day right in front of the house and delivered the package. This is the first time that happened.

Thanks, Jaimes, but I've already paid them. In the long run, it was well worth it, though.
I also received an assigned review item without fees, which was a surprise as I'd canceled that assignment. I hope I didn't inconvenience Eden somehow. I'm still writing the review, so hopefully that's good enough compensation.
