Ok, I reviewed two porn movies recently. I was amazed at the size, shape and location of tatoos. So, I have two questions. Do you are are thinking of getting one or more? Have you imagined what it will look like when you hit the age of, say 70 years old?
Tatoos-Do you or would you?

For me, I have a whole bunch of tattoos. I'll admit that for a few of them, I wasn't thinking too much about the future. There are things I would change if I could, but I don't regret having them.
As of right now, I can cover up all of my tattoos with relative ease and without looking like I'm trying to hide anything. My half sleeve might change things, but I won't be getting that for a few more years.
I've thought about what my tattoos will look like when I'm say, 70 years old, but honestly, what does it really matter? If my skin is going to get wrinkly, it's going to get wrinkly, and it's going to look that way no matter what I do. My tattoos might not look the greatest then, but let's be honest, who's ogling me to find out when I'm 70...

I have 17 tattoos, and have plans for 2 more this summer. I love tattoos, and I love getting tattoos even more. There are a couple that I wish I had thought out more and will eventually get cover up work done to them.
I did consider about what they would look like when I'm say 70 years old, and honestly I don't care. I will probably still be in the tattoo parlor at 70, who knows?! lol

I'm thinking and have been thinking of getting a spider on my hand or inner thigh, or both, since 7th grade. I still haven't done it yet, though. I hate needles.

I used to want a tattoo really badly, when I was 21, but as I've gotten older I've realized that I just can't abide the permanency. However, I would consider getting a tattoo connected to someone close to me who passed away. I wouldn't mind the permanency then.

Got a tattoo during a Florida vacation in 09. Small pawprint on my ankle, looks exactly like one of my cat's paw pads.
Over Christmas I was in Florida again and was gonna get small wings on my back, but decided against it, I need to save my money right now.
@Xavier: The needle really isn't that bad. I was afraid of getting one but really, it was like a poke in almost the same spot over and over. It hurt a little, but was easy to ignore.

I currently have 5 tattoos and am planning on getting more. (one of which is going to be a cover-up of a tattoo I got for emotional reasons and now regret) As for how they will look when I'm old, I plan on being a badass old lady who is still getting ink when she is in the nursing home!

I don't have any, not because I've got anything against it, but because I've never thought of any image I like enough to have on my body forever.

I have 2 tatts on my lower back. I am thinking of getting more. I eventually want my whole back done. I could care less what it looks like when I am older. I love tatts though for sure.

I have one tattoo. It's a peace sign that is designed after a patch from the 1960s. (A lot of people think it's cliche, but it's actually really personal to me because of my humanitarian interests and the programs/projects I've been involved in.) It can be easily hidden beneath pants, but I've never had a problem with it being shown in the workplace.
I want to get another one, but I want to be sure it's something equally as meaningful to me, so it will probably take a while to figure out what to get.

I don't have any yet. I'm not sure if I want one or not. I actually have a design all drawn up, but I'm not convinced I need it on my body. Maybe one day...

I have three and yea I thought about the future with every one of them. There are two I have that I wouldn't change, except to add to them. And the one I wish I would have gotten something different I'm trying to think about what I'm gonna do to this one to add to it. I plan on getting a few more as well. I would never get anything I couldn't live with for the rest of my life. I have things like my kids' names and my daddy's name. I need to add the rest of my kids to them b/c I've had more kids since then.
03/01/2011
I have three tattoos with plans to incorporate two of them into a full back piece and eventually add 3/4 length sleeves. I have been steadily piecing together my artwork for the last 10 or 11 years. My husband has one tattoo and one planned for the future when he finds or creates or merges some sort of design he likes. But he also doesn't mind that I want to be covered. I'm not so much worried about what they will look like when I am in my old age. I will have plenty of stories and plenty of meaning behind all of my artwork. I honestly can't wait to see the storybook my body becomes after life with an awesome husband and 2 fucking fantastic kids. Change. Just like my body will.

I have two, yes I thought about the future and no, I do not care. If they start to look bad later, I can always get them redone/covered, but I doubt I will. Whats done is done.
03/01/2011
I have 9 tattoos and I have thought about the future. I'm okay with my tattoos getting old and wrinkly just like the rest of me. So many people have tattoos now that I'll have plenty to compare with the other people in the old folks home.

I have 1 so far and have plans for another. I had plans for the next one before I got my first.
03/01/2011
I have 2 so far - a butterfly with rainbow wings which I got when I was 18 to symbolize my being ready to spread my wings (be an adult) and coming out as bisexual. The second is a little red flower that I have on under my ankle, It got it when my Father and Grandmother (his Mother) passed away. Not only was it my Fathers favorite flower, but it also represents my Grandmother as her name translates to "little flower".
Now that my Grandmother has passed (Mothers side)I plan on adding a little purple pansy (her fave flower) and a white daisy (grandfathers fave flower) with their stems entwined for her and my Grandfather.

I don't have a tattoo because I can't really think of any design I'm likely to want there for the rest of my life. However, if you do have such a design, then by all means, get it!
03/01/2011
I have thought of getting one, but I would change my mind about what I wanted everyday. And I also am not a fan of needles. So it will probably never happen.
03/01/2011
I have been wanting to get one ever since I came down with a debilitating illness. Now that I am on my way to recovery I want to forever symbolize the impact it has had on my life so that I never forget to live, love and let the little things go.
03/01/2011
I do think tats are cool but for me I rather not get one cause when you get old it will look droopy and not so attractive.
03/01/2011
I have tattoos and don't really care what they look like in the future. I'm going to be old and saggy anyways... I might as well have beautiful artwork all over my body.
03/01/2011
I like tattoos, but I feel like I'm too indecisive to pick something.
03/02/2011
I'm definitely getting a tattoo, and I know what I want, but I'm waiting a year to be sure of the design and location.
03/02/2011
tattoos are beautiful. Its bright and colorfulness without needing to wear any clothing. Nothing is more beautiful than a bright, sexy peice on a ladys shoulder or arm.
03/02/2011
I have 7 tats, I love them and they all represent something significant in my life. I did think about getting old and saggy but in the end- I love my body the way it is and will still love it when my tats are just as old and saggy as the rest of me
03/03/2011
I have two right now and I am going to get more some time, though I don't know what else I want yet.
03/04/2011
There are two tattoos I consider getting occasionally. The main one is to have my brand outlined in blue or purple. The brand will fade but I want something to commemorate that I had one. I'm terrified to get a tattoo though. Funny considering I have a brand, lol.
