At one point an ex of mine had hair shorter than mine. It was kind of odd. But some women look really hot with short hair.

Long hair is perfectly fine, but on my partner he looks better with only a little bit of hair and a small amount of facial hair. I prefer the clean look on a man.

I prefer my women to have long hair. I perceive long hair to be feminine, and short to be masculine. Ergo, I want my women to have long hair! Besides, with effete men and manly women, it helps to have an easy identifier, before things get too, ahem, out of hand

Long hair on both genders, but more so on men.
I can usually find a woman pretty damn attractive even with short hair but guys either have to have long hair or have a lot of the other qualities I look for.
