My partner always falls asleep during car rides - ALWAYS! If we're going on a short trip, he will drive so that he won't be groggy when we arrive, but otherwise it's nice for him to have a little nap.

I usually do most of the driving when we're together, but it's not like a rule or anything. We really don't care which one of us drives. That's just how it usually happens.

It's my car, but if we are both going somewhere I'll usually let him drive. He knows all the back ways around here, and in general he can be a very annoying backseat driver. So I save myself the irritation and just let him do the driving.

When she drives, I get a great view down the right side white line. And a even better view of peoples mailboxes.

I like driving, and my wife really doesn't like driving at night (usually when we're in the car together), so I'm the one behind the wheel 99% of the time.
