i've noticed here from one particular poll regarding techniques people use to remove their furs that i am in the minority, at least in this community, as one who embraces her pubes as a welcome body feature.
my newest boyfriend shocked me when he (initially) shyed away from going down on me because of my 'hippy hairstyle' and said he'd 'never been with a girl who didn't go bare.' i found that shocking. and i attributed his personal bald upkeep to his ideas extracted from popular porn. i mean, in the 70's i really just don't see this sort of exchange happening.
so i'm curious what the actual % out there is. am i a hippy freak and you are practically all bare down there?
if you do get rid of some or all of your fur, what made you decide? i'm very interested in the decision making process one goes through before changing their pubic hairstyle. i personally used to shave because my first boyfriend told me it was 'skanky' and i was young, dumb, and impressionable. i shaved until age 19 when i started transitioning in many ways, and broke away from alot of previous ideas that i felt were keeping me from growing into the most free person i could be.
is it for cleanliness? for your partner? did you see someone with no hair once and compare it to your own, and feel you needed to change? all of the above?
thanks for your input.
