Luigi was my favorite character growing up, mostly because my brother always made me be the second player when we would play Super Mario Brothers on our Super Nintendo. I was always really fond of Yoshi, too. He's so damn cute.

Currently, however, my favorite character is Toad. Toad all the way.

My favorite characters are actually the Boos! I read a theory that they're actually all deceased Mario's from his other lives, which is why they can't bear to look upon him. It's stuck with me, and I know that it's very likely not intended that way, but I still love things like that.
